A realistic, sunlit Texas classroom corner dedicated to aerospace, centered on a large, wall-mounted relief map of the state filled with tiny 3D rocket icons marking different cities. Below, sturdy wooden shelves display carefully crafted model rockets, shuttle replicas, and simplified satellite mockups, each sitting on labeled bases turned away from the viewer. A corkboard holds colorful mission patch designs without readable text. Golden afternoon light streams through nearby windows with venetian blinds, casting patterned shadows across the wall and models. Captured at eye level with moderate depth of field, the composition feels warm, local, and aspirational, highlighting how aerospace education connects directly to communities across Texas without showing any people.

About

Inspiring Texas Youth Through Space

Founded in 2026 by Hanson Du, the Texas Youth Aerospace Association is a volunteer-powered nonprofit sharing aerospace and space science with students across Texas, connecting classrooms to real missions, mentors, and hands-on projects that launch lifelong curiosity and opportunity.

A spacious Texas hangar-style space converted into an aerospace education center, with a sleek, silver experimental aircraft fuselage section as the centerpiece on wheeled stands. Its riveted aluminum skin, exposed internal framework, and mock control cables are shown in sharp, photographic detail. Around it, informational display boards without readable text, interactive touchscreens, and glass cases with historical model spacecraft line the walls. Warm overhead industrial lights cast clear, even illumination, while sunlight filters through high clerestory windows, creating streaks of light across the polished concrete floor. Shot from an eye-level perspective with strong depth of field, the mood is inspiring and museum-like, emphasizing hands-on exploration of flight structures and aerospace history in a Texas context.

A sleek, modern aerospace classroom rendered in photographic realism, with a large, detailed scale model of a white and blue launch vehicle as the central focus on a sturdy metal lab table. Around it, open textbooks, glossy star charts of the Milky Way, and clear plastic bins filled with electronic components suggest active STEM learning. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal a sunlit Texas landscape with distant wind turbines and a wide, open sky. Soft afternoon natural light spills across the polished concrete floor, creating gentle reflections and long, calm shadows. Captured at eye level with a slightly wide angle, the composition feels clean, professional, and aspirational, emphasizing a bright, organized space dedicated to aerospace education and exploration.

Governance and Reports

An interior of a high-tech aerospace design lab rendered in clean, photographic detail, dominated by a large interactive wall display showing a complex orbital diagram around Earth, depicted as a glowing blue sphere with multiple satellite paths. In front, a long workstation holds scale models of spacecraft, wings, and reentry capsules arranged on cutting mats, alongside mechanical pencils, calipers, and sticky notes turned away from the camera. Large windows reveal a hazy Texas city skyline and a distant water tower under a bright sky. Cool, diffuse overhead lighting mixes with soft natural light, creating an efficient, studious atmosphere. Shot from a wide, slightly elevated angle for full-room context, the composition feels professional, organized, and perfectly suited for youth learning about satellite design and mission planning.
